PC applications are for individuals, mainframe applications are multiuser - web databases don’t fit either model
If it doesn’t cost much, it isn’t valued much - free miracles get no respect
Offer alternative delivery formats on-line: PDFs, worksheets, etc. - you will still have to print some copies
